Seared and roasted with lemon, honey-thyme carrots, creamy roasted mushroom risotto cake.

Pineapple and cherrie butter cake with  a brown sugar crumble

Zucchini, tomatoes, and eggplant layered with a tomato sauce and baked with fresh mozzarella and grana padano cheeses.

 Shrimp Spedini
Marinated shrimp, italian breadcrumbs, white wine lemon butter sauce, grana padano cheese, atop fresh pasta with olive oil lemon and crushed red pepper
