(4) ravioli sauteed in a sage and brown butter sauce with wine poached cranberries and walnuts

Itaian Roasted fresh artichokes, ricotta and lemon risotto and a creamy lemon herbed sauce

Italian Sausage and Pepper Pasta $21
Seared sausage with sauteed sweet peppers and onions, blistered tomatoes with a touch of cream and fresh parmesan

Apple butter cake $9
Warm apple butter cake with a scoop of housemade cinnamon ice cream and a spiced apple cider reduction

Smoked wings $9

Brined, rubbed, and smoked served with sweet baby rays on the side.

Smoked trout dip $9
Wild caught trout, brined, and smoked then mixed with cream cheese and scallions. Served cold with crostini.

Pan seared and roasted halibut, risotto with leeks and bacon, crispy pickled leeks, Lemon beurre blanc

Spinach, applewood smoked bacon, honey thyme roasted almonds and brie. Tossed in a warm bacon dijon vinaigrette
