Potato crusted Atlantic cod atop sautéed spinach with white wine mushrooms, shallots, and a lemon caper beurre blanc. Served w/ Italian wedding soup or house salad.

Sweet potato pie with a brown sugar pecan crumble.

Zucchini, tomatoes, and eggplant layered with a tomato sauce and baked with fresh mozzarella and grana padano cheeses.

Marinated shrimp, italian breadcrumbs, white wine lemon butter sauce, grana padano cheese, atop fresh pasta with olive oil lemon and crushed red pepper

Zucchini Bread with Freshkie Farms summer zucchini, black walnuts, & covered in a brown butter glaze.
