Paprika Rubbed Atlantic Salmon
Salmon filet rubbed with smoked paprika seared and roasted. Topped with a fresh mango corn salsa served with roasted tomatillo puree and basmati rice w/sweet peppers

Marinated chicken lightly breaded and served with fresh pasta in a black pepper parmesan cream sauce
